Verona by Night

At sunset the lamps light up and Verona reveals its most romantic aspect.

The main monuments are illuminated, sometimes with lights of different colours to highlight different occasions. The Lamberti tower is a lighthouse in the very center, at the intersection of touristic routes: via Mazzini between Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra is a marble paved street with elegant illuminated showcases. The Scaliger Bridge and the Medieval Castle, the Arena, the Tombs of the Lords, Juliet's Balcony ,the Town Hall, palaces and squares are wrapped in a light that emphasizes their beauty and monumentality.

The ideal would be to start the tour before sunset, go uphill and watch the orange sun desapear over the horizon.
